Join us for a 5-day (Feb 18–23, 2026) healing retreat in beautiful Maui, Hawaii—the world's #1 island for visitors! This intimate journey focuses on self-discovery through meditation, Tai Chi Gung (gentle flowing movements for energy balance), and foot reflexology. Stay in our private oasis home, surrounded by lush nature. It's a chance to renew your soul, connect with the divine, and boost your physical and spiritual health.

 

What You'll Do Daily

• Tai Chi Gung Sessions: Learn original YIN standing/breathing exercises (for grounding and nervous system health) and YANG Hanuman morning routines (to control your body's "thermostat" via the Triple Warmer). Plus, an intro to the full Tai Chi Gung form.

• Meditation: Focused breathing and mantra techniques to calm the mind.

• Reflexology: Basic foot techniques for wellness.

• Special Experiences: Sound bath healing with chi energy, a fire ceremony, and more!
  All activities blend Eastern wisdom with nature's energy for inner peace and strength.

 

What to Expect

• Duration: 5 full days of classes, lectures, and group sessions.

• Group Size: Small and intimate (like staying in our family home).

• Vibe: Relaxed, nature-focused—no air conditioning or heating, living in harmony with Maui's semi-tropical climate.

• Excursions: Optional beach visits or hikes (you sign a waiver and take personal responsibility; alternatives available if needed).

• Post-Retreat: Optional Hana road trip on Feb 23.

Come Early or Stay Late
Maui has endless adventures! Arrive early or extend your trip to explore freely, so you can stay fully present during the retreat. You can even stay on-property before/after or join our Hana outing. Climate & What to Pack

• Weather: At 1,350 ft elevation—daytime highs ~80°F (t-shirt/shorts), nights ~65°F (pants/sweater/hoodie). Gentle rain possible 1 hour/day or night.

• Essentials: Day pack, reusable water bottle, layers for cool mornings/evenings/rain. We provide the rest!

 

How to Register

2. Reserve Your Spot: Pay full amount or $500 deposit ($250 non-refundable).

   • Payment Options: Venmo, Zelle, Chase Pay, cash, or check. (Add 3% fee for bank/credit card.)

3. Cancellation Policy:

   • Before Dec 15, 2025: 100% refund minus $250 deposit.

   • Before Jan 15, 2026: 50% refund minus $250 deposit (full refund on any treatments).

   • After Jan 15: No refunds.
