Relax, take a deep breath, and chill...

Eric & Noah will guide you on an inner journey through movement, meditation, and soothing music to be calm, relaxed, and totally CHILL.
Eric will lead the moving meditation series while Noah plays his beautiful serene chill guitar music.
Class will include gentle all level yoga flow, healing energy Qi Gong movements, and a peaceful meditation.

You may want to have a yoga mat and a pillow. Be comfortable and be ready to Chill & Feel the flow.

Hi! I'm Noah I MUA.

I'm a singer songwriter currently located in Toledo, OH.
I spend a lot of time traveling, and draw influence from my experiences on the road to tell stories that are true to my heart and meaningful to me. My songs tell the stories of my spiritual journey, my thoughts on life, and give you a window into my world.
I play with a three piece band called The Noah I MUA Trio. The Trio is comprised of:
Owen Barba - Drums & Percussion
Andy Lenart - Bass & Production
Noah I MUA - Guitar & Vocals
Our sound weaves together influences of artists such as Chris Robinson Brotherhood, Grateful Dead, Jimi Hendrix, Mike Love, and Dawes! We aim to play memorable live sets of psychedelic, jam-infused blues rock, with diverse tonalities and soundscapes to soothe and excite our friends and fans.
I have played my music with varying lineups over the years and achieved some amazing things.
I've played in cities across America such as Chicago IL, Detroit MI, Ann Arbor MI, Tuscon AZ, Toledo OH, Maumee OH and while travelling I enjoyed busking all over the Western United States.
Our song Final Daze was featured on 100.7 The Zone in Toledo, OH.
All Noah I MUA recordings are recorded and produced by Andy Lenart with assistance from myself and Owen.
